docs(features): drop five removed features

Pairs with TableProApp/TablePro#3373, TableProApp/TablePro#3379, TableProApp/TablePro#3383, TableProApp/TablePro#3384 and TableProApp/TablePro#3386. Merge after all five.

• Backup & Restore: the Server-Side Export section becomes the DBMS_DATAPUMP, COPY INTO and EXPORT DATA statements to run in a query tab (#3373).
• Server Dashboard, connection window, MCP tools: SQLite and DuckDB rows, the Dashboard palette tile and the engine list for get_server_dashboard (#3379).
• User-Defined Types, PostgreSQL: enum label editing and New Type… removed; the screenshot showing the label list is a placeholder until a new shot (#3383).
• ER Diagram: Export as SQL replaced by the Export Tables route (#3384).
• Notifications, Settings: the per-kind rows removed (#3386).
