docs(features): plugins load signed by TablePro and install where needed

Pairs with TableProApp/TablePro#3375, TableProApp/TablePro#3377, TableProApp/TablePro#3380 and TableProApp/TablePro#3382. Merge after all four.

• Plugins: page retitled Plugins; install points (connection chooser, .duckdb from Finder, Install Parquet… in the Export dialog) replace Settings > Plugins > Browse.
• Signing: only plugins TablePro signs load. Removed the trust prompt section, the Developer ID routes in Plugin Registry and Plugin Development, and updated Testing a Custom Plugin and Troubleshooting.
• Removed the per-plugin switch, the Enable Plugin recovery row, registry themes, the theme distribution section and download counts on Privacy.
• Removed the HTML and XML export tabs; the bundled export list and the bundled registry entries count follow.
• Settings > Plugins > Installed is now Settings > Plugins everywhere. Deleted the two Browse screenshots.
