Why
The hub ratchet caused 34 of 40 red Repo Hygiene runs in 14 days and caught no defect. The DatabaseType gate and the iOS isolation check guard what the build already catches. actionlint's only red run was an info-level SC2016 false positive.
Change
check-hub-ratchet.py, its test and.github/hub-ratchet-baseline.json, plus its step.audit-refactor-health.sh(it held only the DatabaseType gate) and.github/duplicate-contract-baseline.txt, plus its step.check-ios-shared-isolation.pyand its step. The isolation rule stays inapple/AGENTS.md; the iOS build is the check.run:blocks at--severity=warning, like the script lint step.ci.md, bothAGENTS.mdfiles and three SSH source comments drop the deleted names.Verified
Locally: actionlint, shellcheck, every tooling test and check Repo Hygiene still runs, and
verify.sh agent-docspass.
