Why
Comments in the release scripts and the update UI tell how the code got here, with incident numbers and counts that drift. The code and the rules already carry the current facts.
Change
lib/macos.sh,lib/deployment-target.sh, the deployment-target and lib-sourcing checks,export-cloudkit-schema.sh(now points atdata-sync-storage.md) and the build scripts. Drop the wrong "deployment target 14.0" lines.verify-plugin-loads.sh: describe what dlopen checks; point atplugin-system.md, ABI, instead of a CLAUDE.md section that no longer exists.Verified
Comment lines only, plus two echo lines. Build passes; SwiftLint and shellcheck clean.
