Redesign the will screen - #120
Conversation
The heir now shows as a bust from their worn wardrobe skin, with race, whether they are one of yours and when they were named. Holdings are grouped by kind with vanilla item icons, counts and hover lists, and no IDs or ender chest line. Without a living heir the screen reads SimpleFactions now and says where money and property would go today. Naming an heir lists your other characters and nearby characters as clickable names with faces, and How wills work gives the rules. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

A character with hundreds of locks got a hover of twelve arbitrary chests and a chat-flooding /estate show line. Past twelve labels the will screen now groups them by kind (Chest x200, Barrel x100), and /estate show lists ten labels and how many more. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- The first open waits up to 1.5 s for an uncached portrait instead of repainting later, so a late portrait never reopens a closed screen or replaces a newer one. - An heir whose account cannot be read shows the estate waiting, as the decider postpones, not the no-will destinations. - A guild leader's guild locks go to the next leader, else the realm leader; a living heir without a guild gets the guild locks; an unknown guild keeps the row with the rule. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Any will screen shown or clicked cancels a /will still waiting for its portrait, so it never appears over another screen or reopens. - A guild leader's property goes to the next leader and waits if there is none; a leaderless guild's property waits for a leader. 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Do not drop the other counts of a participant that also reports money.
At Line 103, a participant with a positive cents count is treated as money only. The continue then skips every other count from that participant. A participant can report cents together with other kinds, for example a bank participant that also reports shops. In that case, the will screen does not show those holdings. It can also report "Nothing recorded today" when holdings exist. Take the money line, then process the other non-money keys.

A /will waiting for its portrait could still appear over another plugin's dialog. The will screen now opens at once and a late portrait only fills the cache. Busts are fetched when a character starts playing and when an heir is named, so they are usually ready. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A portrait load cut off by a disable left its heir marked as loading, so after the next enable that heir showed "Loading portrait" for good. Enable and disable now clear the cache and the loading set, and a load started before the reset is ignored. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The

No living heir (none named, dead or unreadable)
Name or change an heir: your other living characters and characters within 16 blocks appear as clickable names with faces and distance. A typed name finds anyone else; the confirmation and several-matches flow is unchanged.
