Add a Commands tab to the staff panel - #231
Conversation
TFMCWeb puts the list to /luckperms/plugin/commands. Staff with the LuckPerms view right read it from /admin/luckperms/commands, with groups ordered as player ranks, staff ranks (each track's last group) and track steps, and each command's access in that order. 🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Reject duplicate group names in the published snapshot.
store lower-cases group names and does not check them for duplicates. Two names that differ only in case, or a repeated name, produce duplicate entries in listed. The frontend uses group.name as the React key and finds groups by name. The matrix columns and the role selection then become ambiguous. Commands with duplicate names in one plugin cause the same problem, because the row ids ${plugin.name}/${command.name} collide. The only difference between such commands is shadowed.
Reject duplicate group names in store.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Use a unique row id for commands that share a name.
The backend stores a plugin's own command and its shadowed command under the same name in one plugin. The tests show this for LibsDisguises me. The id ${plugin.name}/${command.name} is therefore not unique. React warns about the duplicate keys. When you expand one row, both rows open. The same collision occurs in CommandRoles.tsx at Lines 233-237.

The stale warning now follows the time since the list arrived while the page stays open. Commands without a Bukkit permission no longer claim everyone sees them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds Staff panel → Commands: every command the server knows, grouped by plugin, and which LuckPerms groups may use it.
There are two views. By command is a table of commands against ranks: player ranks, then staff ranks (each track's last group), with track steps behind a toggle. It has search, filters (player allowed, staff only, no permission set) and a detail row with permission, aliases and usage. By role shows one group at a time: its inheritance, counts, the commands it may use grouped by plugin, what it gains over the rank before it, and the permissions set on the group itself.
Access comes from each command's own permission, resolved on the server by LuckPerms, so plugins may still refuse a command when it runs. The page says so. Commands with no permission are counted in a quiet bar that opens that filter.
