Send the find and the spent counter as one line

Finding a source sent two chat lines, "You have found the source of Arcane Radiation!" and then "Your Trace Detector has run out of fuel...". They now go out as one shorter line, "You found the arcane source! Your detector is spent.": found-source then dead-geiger with a space between, each in its own colours. A blank one is left out, so either half can be turned off in messages.yml.

The spent-counter text no longer depends on the dead counter item being created. The live counter is always used up, so the line is true either way.

mvn clean verify passes with 122 tests and 100% coverage. Docs: TF-Minecraft/Docs#259.
