## Wardrobe plushies

Staff use `/plushie <character name or UUID> [1|2|3]` to receive one player-head
plushie named `<Character> Plushie`. For example, `/plushie grinkle 1` uses
Grinkle's Base skin; `2` uses Skin 2 and `3` uses Skin 3. Omitting the number
selects Base. Names match exactly, ignoring case, and can contain spaces; use
the character UUID when two living characters share a name. Name lookup includes
offline characters. The permission is `rpchar.plushie.give`, granted to operators
by default.

The selected outfit must be unlocked, filled and signed. The command reads it
from ProvinceSystem without equipping it, reconciling slots or changing mask
state. It gives nothing if the lookup fails, the outfit is unavailable, the
inventory is full, or the sender changes characters while it loads. Issued heads
contain the captured texture, so later skin or outfit changes do not alter them.
Repeated copies with the same character name and texture use the same profile
data. Placing and breaking a head can discard its item name; the saved texture
is independent of the player's current skin.

This requires ProvinceSystem's authenticated read-only
`GET /characters/plugin/wardrobe/{player_uuid}/{character_id}/slots/{slot}` route,
with `slot` set to `base`, `extra_1` or `extra_2`. Update the site before activating
the RPCharacters build that provides the command.

## Mail recipient visibility

`/rpcharacter mail` toggles whether your active character appears in BirdMessenger’s recipient list; `/rpcharacter mail off` hides it and `/rpcharacter mail on` restores it. Characters are listed by default, and the setting persists across logouts and restarts. Already-sent mail still arrives.
