Follow-up to the review of #169 for TF-Minecraft/Cooking#74. The Cooking guide now documents the RPCharacters 2.16.0 requirement and what happens without it (startup warning, no nutrition, frozen hunger bar), that a permakill leaves both the dead and the replacement character's food alone, the no-character refusal message, and the
/cooking foodswitch warnings.It also fixes the blank line that split the README Guides list, uses British spelling (initialises, behaviour), drops the sentence describing the old join behaviour and the HUD sync suppression detail.
