Adds projects/MusicalInstruments/recording.md for the multitrack studio merged in TF-Minecraft/MusicalInstruments#25 (v3.3.0) and links it from the project index.

The last commit documents the follow-up source PRs:

It also corrects statements that predate the merged recording station and the brown and light gray menu layout. The save-behaviour text removed from the source README in #28 lives here now.

I couldn't run scripts/check-indexes.py locally because Python isn't installed on this machine; CI or a reviewer needs to run it.

Describe the current recording station, background take saves and retries,
private sample stopping in the Players category, the per-player
library.index cache, content-derived edition IDs and the
publish-cooldown-seconds setting. Remove statements that predate the
merged station and menu layout.
