Added JSON-LD expanded and ordered N-triples examples. Removed the @vocab keyword in JSON-LD serialisation. Added Identified and Toplevel types for non-sBOL entities. Standardised the use of the displayid fragment in URIs. Updated teg sequence encoding types.
