This update bumps the grunt version and the deps that became problematic due to major version breaking changes. The grunt-file-index plugin that auto updates the demo files when running the server was deprecated and no longer used in later versions of grunt so has also needed to be removed. A replacement will be needed. However may be better to just bite the bullet and move over to Vite where we will get HMR and the benefit of vitest if required
