Timer walkthrough screenshots + current UI labels

Part 5 of the stack (merge after #98). Closes the screenshot asymmetry from the original review: the timer walkthrough now has annotated screenshots like the command walkthrough, captured from the live dashboard.

• Two new screenshots in the existing style (dark theme, red numbered callouts): the Bot Timers page with the "Add new timer" button, and the expanded timer form filled with the walkthrough's example (name, response message, online interval).
• Walkthrough labels updated from the old all-caps UI to the current design: "ADD NEW TIMER" → "Add new timer", "Enter a message" field → "Response messages", "Online interval" → "Online interval (minutes)", "ACTIVATE TIMER" → "Activate Timer". The closing pointer now also mentions the offline interval.
• Timers reference fix, verified in source (bot/modules/timer/timer.go: the counter is "messages in the last 5 minutes"): Chat lines counts messages in the last 5 minutes — a fixed window — not "within the interval" as previously stated. Matches the dashboard hint text.

Known follow-up (not in this PR): the command-walkthrough screenshots (step_1/2/3.png) show the previous dashboard design and should be recaptured the same way.
