Adds Luxafor Flag, a plugin that sets a Luxafor Flag USB status light's color over direct USB HID, with no Luxafor SDK or cloud API.

• One action, Set Color (keys and dials). Each button shows whether its color is the one currently lit, so a row of them works like radio buttons.
• Tested on a real Luxafor Flag with a Stream Deck Original V2, under StreamController 1.5.0-beta.16 (Flatpak) on Fedora 44, including switching pages.
• No requirements.txt needed: it uses ctypes plus the libhidapi already in the Flatpak. Non-root access needs the udev rule included in the repo.
