• Implement hardcoded wireheading barrier and transactional atomic hot-swap with rollback on runtime trial failure.
• Track proposer search latency, success rate, cost ratio (T_prop/T_check), and bottleneck alerts.
• Build and integrate Holistic System Constellation Dashboard (HolisticSystemDashboard.svelte) into App.svelte.
• Build Symbolic Reasoning Studio (SymbolicReasoningStudio.svelte) with First-Order Resolution and Modal Tableau provers.
• Add comprehensive 27-test formal, adversarial, and differential verification test suites.
• Provide unified quickstart.sh script and QUICKSTART.md.
