Release 1.2.2: bump to ed 1.3.3 - #16

Move the ed-acp, ed-acp-tui, ed-mcp and ed-acp-testkit dependencies from 1.3.0 to 1.3.3, which carries the watchOS native-tls fix. The reqwest 0.13 and native-tls change from #15 is already on development; this release ships it with the matching ed crates. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Bumps splitfire-agent from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 in Cargo.toml and registry/agent.json.
Updates ed-acp, ed-acp-tui, ed-mcp, and ed-acp-testkit dependencies from version 1.3.0 to 1.3.3 to include the watchOS native-tls fix.
No code logic changes, only dependency and version bumps.
