Dynamic program name deduction support

• Introduced a new dynamic_name_t tag type and a constexpr dynamic_name constant
• Extended the argument_parser class with a new constructor accepting the dynamic name tag
  • If the dynamic_name_t is used for the parser's initialization, then its name will be deduced from argv[0] during parsing
  • The range-based parsing functions now throw if the parser's name is not resolved
