Argument group name modifiers

• Added prefix and suffix parameters to the argument_group class
• Aligned the argument adders in argument_parser to apply the group's name modifiers to the argument's base name
• Modified the behaviour of the is_used, count, and has_value methods of argument_parser to throw on an invalid argument name
