Fix geometry correctness issue

Fixes objects changing shape when rotation is changed.

Note that the Windows MSI installer works fine, but after installation Windows doesn't seem to index the program. You have to find it yourself in the program files folder and create a shortcut somewhere.

You can instead download the Windows zip file, unzip that wherever you like, and run the app inside. Unfortunately I haven't been able to create a standalone app for Windows yet.

Fixes issue preventing triangle meshes from showing, as well as some other minor fixes.

Initial release just to see if others can/want to use this and figure out which files should actually be distributed. The viewer has all of the features that I needed for my application, but there are still lots of outstanding TODOs to use this more generally.
