The layout commands are a daily-driver surface, so they get the first-class spelling — same promotion the config/widgets/pearls commands went through. Top-level Commands::Dashboard dispatches to the same smooai::dashboard::Cmd; 'th api dashboard' keeps working as the REST-mirror spelling.
