Keep individual replay idle-cap adjustments available at DEBUG while removing them from normal INFO progress logs. (cherry picked from commit 104c7c8)

Move the per-trace idle-cap replay-advance message from INFO to DEBUG so normal AgentX runs do not flood progress logs with individual root adjustments. The message remains available with debug logging.
