Fixed missing rootDir and deprecated moduleResolution in tsconfig
Created the necessary field and match rebuilt.ts files, updated index.ts in field and env.ts to include rebuilt.
Removed changes earlier from tsconfig.json, updated rebuilt.ts and index.ts (match)
