Summary
Recover unfinished Claude Desktop tasks: prevent retained-history cancellation from losing a wakeup, and carry canonical worktree freshness through every served graph object result. Generated dashboard contracts, the TypeScript SDK, and the embedded extension now accept and validate the freshness stamp consistently. Complete the missing TypeScript SDK physical-restart coverage through real daemon HTTP operations: committed partial effects, reset refusals, durable facts, native transcript retrieval, stale-frontier revalidation, and stale handles after restart.
Validation
Windows work is handled by a separate owner in #3034.
Fixes #3051.
Concurrent Nextest execution also exposed shared Rspack cache ownership in the SDK journey fixture. Each journey now builds the canonical SDK into its own temporary output and cache before starting request deadlines, then removes that staging when the journey finishes. Focused Nextest verifies all 3 physical-restart journeys in separate processes (3/3 pass); affected Clippy passes with warnings denied.
