docs(examples): move the TSX template example to authoring 0.11

The TSX template example still pinned @samva/markup and @samva/vite at ^0.10.0 and @samva/cli at ^0.6.0. Before 1.0 a caret range does not include the next minor, so the example never picked up the 0.11 authoring release.

• examples/tsx-template-samva now depends on @samva/markup@^0.11.0, @samva/vite@^0.11.0, and @samva/cli@^0.6.1, with the README and bun.lock updated to match.
• The templates, cookbook, and plugin skill reference needed no changes: they only use samva:brand from template CSS, which 0.11 leaves unchanged.
