docs(examples): move the TSX template example to authoring 0.10

Samva's TSX template example, the TSX cookbook and the agent plugin's template-authoring reference now use @samva/markup 0.10. On 0.10 the old @samva/markup/email/components import fails with a moved-import diagnostic, so anyone copying them got a broken project.

• Example. tsx-template-samva pins @samva/markup and @samva/vite ^0.10.0 and @samva/cli ^0.6.0. The CLI moves with them because its checker bundles markup: 0.5 checks against 0.9 and rejects the new import. Its templates and README follow.
• Cookbook. The TSX templates snippet imports from @samva/markup/email.
• Agent plugin. The bundled skill is resynced from apps/web/content/agent-skills/samva at the deployed main commit. The only content change is the same import. Provenance carries the new source commit, bundle digest and the digest of the archive samva.dev now serves, which matches this snapshot file for file.

Review notes

The Supabase example's Deno type check refuses @samva/cli 0.6.0 until it is 24 hours old under Deno's minimum dependency age (published 2026-10-03 10:43 UTC). CI fails on that until then and passes on a rerun after.
