Normalize MX axes before export and remap them through block-preserving layout operations. Preserve explicit quantization boundaries when axes or element formats change, including mixed affine/MX and shared inputs.

Validate all MX split outputs, keep MX transpose regions intact in Circle O1, and reject layouts that would regroup shared-exponent blocks. Add focused propagation and public-export regression tests.
