Replace the archived Solana layout utility with the approved first-party @doolittle/solana-layouts workspace. Real wallet/SPL consumers resolve its legacy API through a root-owned live link. Maintained Noble converters reject negative and overflowing unsigned amounts before changing the destination; public keys, booleans and exact 18-place decimals remain supported. Remove the old layout patch, bigint-buffer exclusion and backport package extension.

This retires one patch: four SDK patches remain. Pinned upstream source builds were evaluated and documented, but experimental archives are not installed or committed. The source migration is not complete.

Validation:

• Full local nub run check:release passed: lint/types, 258 boundary tests, audits/builds, seven integration tests, six native desktop journeys and clean-HEAD packaged desktop smoke.
• 13 focused wallet/SDK contracts passed, including actual SPL checked-transfer bytes and all unsigned widths/byte orders.
• Actual wallet encoding passed in Electron's embedded Node 24.22.0.
• Real linked-provider CLI coding passed. Desktop's first live attempt failed closed after the model supplied a truncated workspace path; a fresh isolated desktop task passed, with independent edit/test verification.
• Documentation truth check passed after the documentation commit.

Two focused commits. No live wallet transaction was submitted. GitHub Actions were not used as the release gate.
