Summary

  • align steering, update, final-answer, and operation-status metadata before card actions in native and WebUI
  • normalize user-facing lifecycle labels and canonical status colors across cards, thread rows, and inspector surfaces
  • preserve the emphasized running-turn border continuously across optimistic acknowledgment and authoritative promotion
  • show newly admitted turn and steering prompts calmly, start blue/teal feedback only after one second without the correlated result, and stop it immediately on acknowledgment or definitive failure
  • remove the former fixed post-ack transition and retain one stable visual identity throughout correlation and promotion
  • update architecture, UI behavior, design decisions, and regression coverage

Verification

  • canonical native build completed
  • native CTest suite passed: 9/9
  • WebUI test suite passed: 81/81
  • native end-to-end Xvfb proof used the real composer, UiSession, projection, reconciliation, timers, and a fake app-server peer for both turn.start and turn.steer
  • pre-threshold frame pairs were byte-identical, overdue frame pairs differed, and post-ack frame pairs were byte-identical
  • ordinary shell integration test passed after removing the temporary proof harness
