Introduce new version that removed some deprecated spec fields: - `domains` & `globalAccountId` are now removed. Webhook: - Remove mutating web-hook / code that converted domains --> domainRefs!
Introduce Subscription and SubscriptionProvider: Introduce two new custom resources to model multi-tenant subscription lifecycle as first-class operator resources. - Subscription: represents a tenant subscription request. The controller reconciles it end-to-end — resolving the subscription URL (with domain validation against Domain/ClusterDomain resources), creating an owned CAPTenant identified via subscriptionGuid, and tracking readiness. - SubscriptionProvider: represents the provider-side registration. The controller derives subscription service and related dependencies from the owning CAPApplication's BTP service bindings. The subscription server now creates Subscription CROs instead of driving tenant operations directly, delegating tenant lifecycle to the operator.
