docs: keep RUNWARE_DASHBOARD_URL off the README

Summary

• Drop RUNWARE_DASHBOARD_URL from the README environment-variables table. The dashboard host is an internal override, same class as the other base-URL knobs.
• Align the GetDashboardURL comment so it is not documented as a customer setting.

Test plan

• README Configuration section lists only RUNWARE_API_KEY
• serverless open still opens https://my.runware.ai/serverless/apps/<id> by default
