feat(serverless): add endpoints show and workers show

Summary

• Add apps endpoints show <appId> <endpointId> wrapping GET /v1/apps/{appId}/endpoints/{endpointId}.
• Add apps workers show <appId> <workerId> wrapping GET /v1/apps/{appId}/workers/{workerId}.
• Keep list as apps endpoints <appId> and apps workers <appId> (same pattern as apps tasks).

Test plan

• make lint
• make test
• make docs
• runware serverless apps endpoints my-app still lists
• runware serverless apps endpoints show my-app <endpointId> shows Path, ID, App, Created, Updated
• runware serverless apps workers my-app still lists
• runware serverless apps workers show my-app <workerId> shows status, pod, GPU, version, and last seen
