chore(serverless): remove registry commands from the MVP surface

Summary

• Remove the runware serverless registry command group (add / list / remove) and its generated docs.
• Image-pull (registry) secrets are not supported, and container deploy uploads Dockerfile + container.yaml rather than a customer image reference.

• runware serverless --help no longer lists registry
• runware serverless registry is an unknown command
