Improve Analytics Empty State for New Users

Description

When a new user opens the Financial Analytics & Forecasting section without having any transactions, the page displays multiple loading/calculating states such as "Calculating health score...", "Loading insights...", and "Generating forecast...".

Instead of continuously showing loading messages when there is no transaction data, the application should provide a clear empty state explaining that analytics will become available after transactions are added.

Proposed Solution

• Detect when the user has no transaction data.
• Replace unnecessary loading/calculating messages with a friendly empty-state message.
• Explain what information will be available once transactions are added.
• Add a clear "Add Transaction" call-to-action.
• Keep the existing analytics UI unchanged when transaction data is available.

Expected Behavior

For a new user with zero transactions:

«No analytics available yet
Add your first transaction to start seeing spending insights, trends, forecasts, and financial health metrics.»

An Add Transaction button should take the user directly to the transaction form.

Acceptance Criteria

• Empty analytics state is detected when there are no transactions.
• Loading messages are not displayed indefinitely for an empty dataset.
• Helpful explanatory text is shown.
• An "Add Transaction" CTA is provided.
• Existing analytics functionality continues to work when transactions exist.
• Empty-state design is responsive on mobile and desktop.
