Yes, I believe it would make sense to jointly change it for ITKCudaCommon, RTK and PCT for the build and the package workflows. What do you think @axel-grc? |

Fixes #88. I think there are no other occurrences in the code?
Also, we aim at supporting ITK v5.4.6 but PCT is currently compiled against ITK v5.4.5, is it something we should change?
