Is it a possibility to make a tool option to install additional fonts onto storage partition? I imagine just sc from cjk doesn't really cover it all, but all the other fonts add quite the footprint. (For this pr itself, the fallback method for emulationstation feels weird, also does the font work in other places, say steam, heroic, or appimage firefox for instance) |

Summary
Add Simplified Chinese font support to ROCKNIX by packaging Noto Sans CJK and wiring it into EmulationStation's existing fallback font mechanism.
