This tracker is now the single ledger for the historical issues that were assigned to

The audit compared each issue with currentmain, the implementation history, tests, and the boundary decision in #41/#42.main1283c60) and lifecycle/gateway fixes (66775a4) remain represented in current codea55d755intentionally removed backend chat, runtime chat, AgentOrchestrator, and ChatSSE; #41/#42 define the current integration boundaryThe still-valid items remain open, but the repository lead is removed as a placeholder assignee. They should be assigned only when a domain owner accepts the work. This tracker also remains open without an assignee until the remaining items are owned or deliberately rescheduled.

The historical epic is now the single audit ledger for this cleanup. It remains open only to track the still-valid unowned items, so the repository-lead placeholder assignment is being removed.
