Disable the backtank functionality #227

Essentially, cut off the backtank functionality with a hotkey and leave only the jetpack running.

Does this solve a particular problem?

Yes, sometimes when i want to use a dream's and desires drill without using backtank durability, it's impossible without removing the jetpack.
