Create: Power Grid compat #226

Describe the feature you have in mind.

Create: Power Grid has Portable Battery - backtank like item that stores energy to power certain tools. Would be great to add jetpack upgraded at a smithing table with this battery and some item (e.g. device connector from Power Grid); such a jetpack could store both pressurized air and energy and have connectors on its block form for charging.
Perhaps it would even be worth adding a purely energy-powered jetpack and make configurable what jetpack consumes for flight: pressurized air, energy, or both.

Does this solve a particular problem?

This will make the jetpack a versatile equipment that does not require switching to a portable battery.
