Crouch slowing descent without hover mode option #222

Describe the feature you have in mind.

Add on option in config that allows you to toggle whether or not crouch slows descent, but I don't know if it should be enabled by default.

Does this solve a particular problem?

When I recently downloaded the mod I thought being able to slow you're descent with crouch was intentional and I really liked it because it prevented me from constantly being damage ticked without moving me back up like hitting space or needing to be pressed twice to toggle it on then back off like with hover mode.
