Keep thrust and hover switch settings after log out. #218

Describe the feature you have in mind.

Currently whenever a player logs out (1.21.1) and rejoin, both thrust and hover are turned on, regardless of whether they were turned off or not.

Does this solve a particular problem?

It removes the need to turn off jetpack every time a player logs on.
