HUD config does not reload without restart #215

What happened?

There's no in-game way to configure where the HUD will live on screen. The top left corner, it's default, is usually taken by other mods, like minihud, nyf's quivers, xaero's minimap, etc. I'm working on a modpack and I'm having to dig everything out of that corner.

I found the toml file in the config directory, but /reload won't activate the new position, so I have to exit the game and relog into the server to see if I like the new position.

It would be nice for your mod to have an in-game config for this like many other mods.
