feat(jklm.fun): add activity

Description

This PR adds a Rich Presence for jklm.fun. Closes #9976.

Features:

• Shows game-specific details where applicable
  • Bomb Party
    • Shows the rule-specified dictionary and difficulty (e.g. max. 344)
    • Shows the current players lives out of max lives if alive, or Spectating and Dead where appropriate
    • Shows the currently active prompt syllable
  • Pop Sauce
    • Shows the users scored points out of the goal points
    • Shows the rule-specified dictionary and difficulty (e.g. 100 points)
  • Universal
    • Shows a party with the current active players and max players on public lobbies
    • Shows an optional Join button linking to the Roomcode on public lobbies
• Switches seamlessly between games and shows a basic Playing on jklm.fun when no game was detected/on the homepage

Caveats:
Due to the inability to reliably access the Users name from DOM, i had to pivot to parsing JKLMs LocalStorage settings to extract it from there.
