Simplify 7x#2142

Drop row-template JS, withSum-style macros, OpenSpout v4, and empty theme shims. Summaries use summarize(), plugins call onPluginUpdated(), and Filter.php is split into state, panel, input, resolve, and query-string traits.
Keep rowTemplates() and Column::template(). Interpolate {{ key }} in PHP, escape values, and drop the Alpine pgRowTemplates path.
