Summary

• Add layered PSD export after primary visual review passes, using separately approved transparent variants when available.
• Keep assets at native pixel dimensions; pack them into one PSD page when they fit within the configured 30,000 px per-side limit, otherwise emit numbered PSD files.
• Tile any single source asset that exceeds the page dimension and record crop coordinates, page canvases, layer metadata, and all output paths in the manifest.
• Update dependency, evaluator flow documentation, skill handoff guidance, and English/Chinese READMEs.

Validation

• Python syntax parsing passed for the PSD exporter and evaluator.
• git diff --check passed.
• End-to-end PSD export/tests were not run in this turn.
