Completes the migration from the flagged organization to PatrickDev-it. Updates repository URLs and contributor branding, preserves the verified public branch history, and fixes nine non-hermetic failures exposed by the first real Ubuntu CI run: native path fixtures, state outside the task workspace, and cross-platform executable alias normalization. Local gate: 713 passed and 3 skipped; Ruff, format, Mypy, isolated build, dependency audit, and Gitleaks are green. The organizational repository will be deleted only after this PR is remotely green and merged.
