Why
Isolated Server v1.6.489 QA confirmed the denial notice no longer covers the navbar, but its fixed desktop/mobile position still covers the page title at 375px and sort controls at 1440px. The prior visibility-only browser check missed this overlap.
Change
Move the existing jGrowl instance into an in-flow mount on authenticated pages, return it to the body on logout, and retain login/MFA notice behavior. Version and README/release notes now describe both the v1.6.155 limitation and 1.6.156 fix. No API or authorization contract changes.
Focused verification
Chrome 153 growl tests: 5/5 PASS. Local compiled-CSS Playwright screenshots and geometry: 280x812, 375x812, 1440x900 PASS. Packaged Server/QA 8080 acceptance remains pending and will be checked separately.
