Adds a release-gate check for the packaged per-host-subnet and flat-bridge CNI binaries. The test exercises ADD, local bridge traffic, and DEL within a disposable
--network nonecontainer. It requires the exact image under review, keeps host NAT disabled, and documents the remaining live Catalog/Metadata and lifecycle boundaries. Validated on the official v0.14.26 pinned VXLAN image in native nft, iptables-nft, and explicitly selected legacy on an isolated Ubuntu 26.04/Docker 29.8 VM; also passed against official v0.14.33 on the existing QA node without changing its container count. No runtime source or image pin changes.
