Adds first-class Micronaut monitoring through an explicit
micronauttarget, Micrometer Prometheus normalization, optional independent management health, and typed compatibility inspection. Health capability caching preserves the process restart baseline across partial metrics failures. Includes a runnable demo, hosted integration journey, and framework target references.Prepares v0.6.0 with its checked-in version and changelog. Existing configuration and SQLite schema remain compatible; Micronaut host metrics are not inferred from JVM metrics.
Validation on a26a486: release prepare passed Go/race/vet/formatting, 37 dashboard tests, three FastAPI helper tests, exact version, and Darwin/Linux amd64/arm64 builds. Both Micronaut 5.2.11 and retained 4.9.9 passed their five-mode contract; Spring Boot 3/4 Actuator, Boot 4 Prometheus, deprecated Spring configuration, Quarkus 3.39.1, and historical SQLite upgrade all passed. Rebased stress exercised 2,592,000 polls with representative ranges, no HTTP failures, and 27.18 MiB peak RSS. Live browser and manual responsive dashboard review passed. All nine hosted PR checks passed on the same commit.
