Marks the math library in contracts/src/math as deprecated. The library moved to OpenZeppelin/compact-contracts (stack #1125 to #1148).

Changes

• Add a deprecation warning at the top of contracts/src/math/README.md. It points to the new location and lists the defects that the new version fixes.
• Add a two-line deprecation comment to the header of each of the 8 math modules.

The code does not change. The library stays in this repository for reference.

Validation

• compact format --check contracts/src/math: no change.
• The modules compile as before (comments only).

Merge this PR after the compact-contracts stack is merged, so that the link to contracts/src/math on main resolves.
