feat(gcpt): build NutShell restorers with make nutshell - #78

LibCheckpointAlpha's default make still builds the rv64gcv restorer. When DEFAULT_DTB is nutshell or nutshell-*, build-gcpt.sh uses make nutshell (-march=rv64imac_zicsr -DCPU_NUTSHELL). Pin the submodule to 5169da7 (LibCheckpointAlpha #14).

LibCheckpointAlpha's default
makestill builds the rv64gcv restorer. When DEFAULT_DTB is nutshell or nutshell-*, build-gcpt.sh usesmake nutshell(-march=rv64imac_zicsr -DCPU_NUTSHELL).Bump the submodule to b83e24f, which adds that target. The pin also includes DRAM base configuration (#13).
